A pool boy who was recently fired by Britney Spears has some not-very-kind things to say about his former employer. The former employee claims he was fired for talking to Kevin Federline too much and says Britney Spears isn't a "nice person." "I was hanging out a little bit," the ex-pool boy told In Touch mag. "She came out screaming at Kevin for lying around, then looked at me like I was to blame." He says he received a phone call the following day from Spears's camp telling him not to come back to work. "She wants Kevin on a leash. She fires everybody. I figured, 'Why not me?' I just didn't expect her to be so mean. It's a revolving door there. She's not the nice person everyone thinks she is."
